وَقَوْمَ
نُوحٍ
مِّن
قَبْلُ
إِنَّهُمْ
كَانُوا
قَوْمًا
فَاسِقِينَ
wa-qawma nūḥin min qablu ʾinnahum kānū qawman fāsiqīna
So were the People of Noah before them for they wickedly transgressed.

And the people of Noah aforetime. Indeed, they were a transgressing lot.
