رِّزْقًا لِّلْعِبَادِ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَلِكَ الْخُرُوجُ

as a provision for Our servants, and with it We revive a dead country. Likewise will be the rising [from the dead].
