لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ

whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth belongs to Him, and He is the All-exalted, the All-supreme.
