ٱلشُّورىٰ
42:28
وَهُوَ
الَّذِي
يُنَزِّلُ
الْغَيْثَ
مِن
بَعْدِ
مَا
قَنَطُوا
وَيَنشُرُ
رَحْمَتَهُ
وَهُوَ
الْوَلِيُّ
الْحَمِيدُ
wa-huwa lladhī yunazzilu l-ghaytha min baʿdi mā qanaṭū wa-yanshuru raḥmatahū wa-huwa l-waliyyu l-ḥamīdu
It is He who sends down the rain after they had lost hope and spreads out His mercy. He is the Guardian and the Most Praiseworthy.
