Ghāfir (The Forgiver)

غَافِر

40:71

إِذِ

الْأَغْلَالُ

فِي

أَعْنَاقِهِمْ

وَالسَّلَاسِلُ

يُسْحَبُونَ

ʾidhi l-ʾaghlālu fī ʾaʿnāqihim wa-s-salāsilu yusḥabūna

when fetters will be placed around their necks and chains will drag them
