الَّذِي
يُحْيِي
وَيُمِيتُ
فَإِذَا
قَضَى
أَمْرًا
فَإِنَّمَا
يَقُولُ
لَهُ
كُن
فَيَكُونُ
huwa lladhī yuḥyī wa-yumītu fa-ʾidhā qaḍā ʾamran fa-ʾinnamā yaqūlu lahū kun fa-yakūnu
It is He Who gives Life and Death; and when He decides upon an affair, He says to it, "Be", and it is.
