هُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ فَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
It is He who gives life and brings death. When He decides on a matter, He just says to it, ‘Be!’ and it is.
