40:35
الَّذِينَ
يُجَادِلُونَ
فِي
آيَاتِ
اللَّهِ
بِغَيْرِ
سُلْطَانٍ
أَتَاهُمْ
كَبُرَ
مَقْتًا
عِندَ
اللَّهِ
وَعِندَ
الَّذِينَ
آمَنُوا
كَذَلِكَ
يَطْبَعُ
اللَّهُ
عَلَى
كُلِّ
قَلْبِ
مُتَكَبِّرٍ
جَبَّارٍ
alladhīna yujādilūna fī ʾāyāti llāhi bi-ghayri sulṭānin ʾatāhum kabura maqtan ʿinda llāhi wa-ʿinda lladhīna ʾāmanū ka-dhālika yaṭbaʿu llāhu ʿalā kulli qalbi mutakabbirin jabbārin
those who dispute the revelations of God without having received clear authority. This act greatly angers God and the believers. Thus does God seal the hearts of every arrogant oppressor."
