al-Nisā’ (Women)
ٱلنِّسَاء
4:160
فَبِظُلْمٍ
مِّنَ
الَّذِينَ
هَادُوا
حَرَّمْنَا
عَلَيْهِمْ
طَيِّبَاتٍ
أُحِلَّتْ
لَهُمْ
وَبِصَدِّهِمْ
عَن
سَبِيلِ
اللَّهِ
كَثِيرًا
fa-bi-ẓulmin mina lladhīna hādū ḥarramnā ʿalayhim ṭayyibātin ʾuḥillat lahum wa-bi-ṣaddihim ʿan sabīli llāhi kathīran
We made unlawful for the Jews certain pure things which had been lawful for them before, because of the injustice which they had committed, their obstructing many people from the way of God,
