الزمر

al-Zumar (The Throngs)

ٱلزُّمَر

39:70

وَوُفِّيَتْ

كُلُّ

نَفْسٍ

مَّا

عَمِلَتْ

وَهُوَ

أَعْلَمُ

بِمَا

يَفْعَلُونَ

wa-wuffiyat kullu nafsin mā ʿamilat wa-huwa ʾaʿlamu bi-mā yafʿalūna

Every soul will be recompensed for its deeds. God knows best whatever they have done.

And (will) be paid in full

وَوُفِّيَتْ

soul

نَفْسٍ

what

مَّا

it did

عَمِلَتْ

and He

وَهُوَ

(is the) Best-Knower

أَعْلَمُ

of what

بِمَا

they do

يَفْعَلُونَ
