أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ الْعَزِيزِ الْوَهَّابِ
Do they possess the treasuries of the mercy of your Lord, the All-mighty, the All-munificent?

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 38:9] If they have the means, power and authority to interfere with the authority of Allah to choose His own men for His mission, let them try to come to heaven (if they can) and see if they can frustrate His plan and purpose.
