al-Qaṣaṣ (The Story)
ٱلْقَصَص
28:71
قُلْ
أَرَأَيْتُمْ
إِن
جَعَلَ
اللَّهُ
عَلَيْكُمُ
اللَّيْلَ
سَرْمَدًا
إِلَى
يَوْمِ
الْقِيَامَةِ
مَنْ
إِلَهٌ
غَيْرُ
اللَّهِ
يَأْتِيكُم
بِضِيَاءٍ
أَفَلَا
تَسْمَعُونَ
qul ʾa-raʾaytum ʾin jaʿala llāhu ʿalaykumu l-layla sarmadan ʾilā yawmi l-qiyāmati man ʾilāhun ghayru llāhi yaʾtīkum bi-ḍiyāʾin ʾa-fa-lā tasmaʿūna
(Muhammad), ask them, "Think, if God were to cause the night to continue until the Day of Judgment which Lord besides Him could bring you light? Will you then not listen to (His revelations)?"
