al-Naml (The Ants)
ٱلنَّمْل
27:80
إِنَّكَ
لَا
تُسْمِعُ
الْمَوْتَى
وَلَا
تُسْمِعُ
الصُّمَّ
الدُّعَاءَ
إِذَا
وَلَّوْا
مُدْبِرِينَ
ʾinnaka lā tusmiʿu l-mawtā wa-lā tusmiʿu ṣ-ṣumma d-duʿāʾa ʾidhā wallaw mudbirīna
You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels.
