قَالَ

لِمَنْ

حَوْلَهُ

أَلَا

تَسْتَمِعُونَ

qāla li-man ḥawlahū ʾa-lā tastamiʿūna

(Pharaoh) said to those around: "Did ye not listen (to what he says)?"
