وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ

and do not cheat the people of their goods. Do not act wickedly on the earth, causing corruption.
