وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا

Those who, when reminded of the signs of their Lord, do not turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to them.
