قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
Say, ‘It has been sent down by Him who knows the hidden in the heavens and the earth. Indeed He is all-forgiving, all-merciful.’

Commentary on Quran 25:6
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 25:6] The wisdom, the Quran teaches man, can only come from Allah to whom (alone) is known the secret of the whole creation.
