وَلَوْ

شِئْنَا

لَبَعَثْنَا

فِي

كُلِّ

قَرْيَةٍ

نَّذِيرًا

wa-law shiʾnā la-baʿathnā fī kulli qaryatin nadhīran

Had it been Our Will, We could have sent a warner to every centre of population.
