إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ
to Pharaoh and his elites; but they acted arrogantly and they were a tyrannical lot.
