قَالُوا
حَرِّقُوهُ
وَانصُرُوا
آلِهَتَكُمْ
إِن
كُنتُمْ
فَاعِلِينَ
qālū ḥarriqūhu wa-nṣurū ʾālihatakum ʾin kuntum fāʿilīna
They said, ‘Burn him, and help your gods, if you are to do anything!’
— Ali Quli Qarai
They said, "Burn him and protect your gods, If ye do (anything at all)!"
