قَالُوا

أَجِئْتَنَا

بِالْحَقِّ

أَمْ

أَنتَ

مِنَ

اللَّاعِبِينَ

qālū ʾa-jiʾtanā bi-l-ḥaqqi ʾam ʾanta mina l-lāʿibīna

They said, ‘Are you telling the truth, or are you [just] kidding?’

They said, "Have you brought us the Truth, or are you one of those who jest?"
