al-Anbiyā’ (The Prophets)

ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء

21:54

قَالَ

لَقَدْ

كُنتُمْ

أَنتُمْ

وَآبَاؤُكُمْ

فِي

ضَلَالٍ

مُّبِينٍ

qāla la-qad kuntum ʾantum wa-ʾābāʾukum fī ḍalālin mubīnin

He said, "Both you and your fathers have certainly been in error."

He said

قَالَ

Verily

لَقَدْ

you are

كُنتُمْ

أَنتُمْ

and your forefathers

وَآبَاؤُكُمْ

an error

ضَلَالٍ

manifest

مُّبِينٍ
