al-Anbiyā’ (The Prophets)

ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء

21:36

وَإِذَا

رَآكَ

الَّذِينَ

كَفَرُوا

إِن

يَتَّخِذُونَكَ

إِلَّا

هُزُوًا

أَهَذَا

الَّذِي

يَذْكُرُ

آلِهَتَكُمْ

وَهُم

بِذِكْرِ

الرَّحْمَنِ

هُمْ

كَافِرُونَ

wa-ʾidhā raʾāka lladhīna kafarū ʾin yattakhidhūnaka ʾillā huzuwan ʾa-hādhā lladhī yadhkuru ʾālihatakum wa-hum bi-dhikri r-raḥmāni hum kāfirūna

(Muhammad), whenever the unbelievers see you, they think that you deserve nothing more than to be mocked. They say, "Is it he, (Muhammad), who speaks against your gods?" But they themselves have no faith at all in the Beneficent God.
