وَجَعَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِهِمْ وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجًا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
We set firm mountains in the earth lest it should shake with them, and We made broad ways in them so that they may be guided [to their destinations].

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 21:31] Refer to the commentary of Nahl: 15. Literally mountains and mountain-highways direct men in the way they should go. Figuratively, as some commentators say, Allah, in His infinite mercy, has sent His prophets and appointed His chosen guides to guide mankind towards the ultimate destination.
