al-Baqarah (The Cow)
ٱلْبَقَرَة
2:95
وَلَن
يَتَمَنَّوْهُ
أَبَدًا
بِمَا
قَدَّمَتْ
أَيْدِيهِمْ
وَاللَّهُ
عَلِيمٌ
بِالظَّالِمِينَ
wa-lan yatamannawhu ʾabadan bi-mā qaddamat ʾaydīhim wa-llāhu ʿalīmun bi-ẓ-ẓālimīna
But they can never have a longing for death because of what they have done. God knows the unjust well.
