al-Baqarah (The Cow)
ٱلْبَقَرَة
2:127
وَإِذْ
يَرْفَعُ
إِبْرَاهِيمُ
الْقَوَاعِدَ
مِنَ
الْبَيْتِ
وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ
رَبَّنَا
تَقَبَّلْ
مِنَّا
إِنَّكَ
أَنتَ
السَّمِيعُ
الْعَلِيمُ
wa-ʾidh yarfaʿu ʾibrāhīmu l-qawāʿida mina l-bayti wa-ʾismāʿīlu rabbanā taqabbal minnā ʾinnaka ʾanta s-samīʿu l-ʿalīmu
While Abraham and Ishmael were raising the foundation of the house, they prayed, "Lord, accept our labor. You are All-hearing and All-knowing.
