وَقُلْ

إِنِّي

أَنَا

النَّذِيرُ

الْمُبِينُ

wa-qul ʾinnī ʾana n-nadhīru l-mubīnu

and say, ‘I am indeed a manifest warner [of punishment from God],’

— Ali Quli Qarai

And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"-
