11:87
قَالُوا
يَاشُعَيْبُ
أَصَلَاتُكَ
تَأْمُرُكَ
أَن
نَّتْرُكَ
مَا
يَعْبُدُ
آبَاؤُنَا
أَوْ
أَن
نَّفْعَلَ
فِي
أَمْوَالِنَا
مَا
نَشَاءُ
إِنَّكَ
لَأَنتَ
الْحَلِيمُ
الرَّشِيدُ
qālū yā-shuʿaybu ʾa-ṣalātuka taʾmuruka ʾan natruka mā yaʿbudu ʾābāʾunā ʾaw ʾan nafʿala fī ʾamwālinā mā nashāʾu ʾinnaka la-ʾanta l-ḥalīmu r-rashīdu
They asked him, "Shu'ayb, do your prayers tell you that we must give up the worship of what our fathers had worshipped and that we must not deal with our properties as we like? We still believe that you are a person of forbearance and understanding."
