A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Jamil who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a child if he can testify in the case of murder. He (the Imam) said, ‘His first words are accepted but his second words are not accepted.’”
