4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الرَّجُلُ يَمُوتُ وَلَهُ ابْنٌ مَمْلُوكٌ قَالَ يُشْتَرَى وَيُعْتَقُ ثُمَّ يُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ مَا بَقِيَ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who dies and leaves behind a son who is owned by someone. He (the Imam) said, ‘His son is bought, set free and the rest of the legacy is given to him.’”
