6. Ali has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from abu Basir who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far عليه السلام, about the case of a woman who dies and does not leave behind any heirs except her husband. He (the Imam) said, ‘The legacy entirely belongs to him (the husband).”’
