6- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ صَدَقَةِ مَا لَمْ تُقْسَمْ وَلَمْ تُقْبَضْ فَقَالَ جَائِزَةٌ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ النَّاسُ النُّحْلَ فَأَخْطَئُوا.
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu al-Mighra’ from abu Basir who has narrated the following:
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about charity which is not distributed or possessed by the recipient. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible (for the donor to use it); people had the intention to gift it but they made a mistake (in calling it a charity).”’
