34. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated the following: “Certain persons of our people had written to abu Muhammad , about endowment and what is narrated about it. He (the Imam) , signed the answer that said,

‘An endowment is according to what people making the endowment do (condition they set), by the will of Allah.”’
