34. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated the following: “Certain persons of our people had written to abu Muhammad عليه السلام, about endowment and what is narrated about it. He (the Imam) عليه السلام, signed the answer that said, ‘An endowment is according to what people making the endowment do (condition they set), by the will of Allah.”’
