15. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following:

“About the case of a man who gives something in charity if he can inherit it, one of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Yes, he can do so.’”
