2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ‘Abd Allah from ibn Mahbub from Ali ibn Ri’ab from Mu’ash from Zurarah who has narrated the following:
“I once asked him (the Imam) , about the case of a man who dies owing a debt which is equal to the cost of his shroud. He (the Imam) said, ‘His legacy must be spent to pay for his shroud unless people may come forward to use his legacy in business and pay for his shroud and debts.’”
