12. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following:
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about closing the doors, turning the utensils around and turning-off the lamp. He (the Imam) said, ‘Close your door; Satan does not open the door, turnoff the lamp against al-Fuwaysaqah which is the mouse, do not burn your house and secure the utensils (by means of cover and so on). It is narrated that Satan does not remove the cover.’”
