2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hajj al from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following: “Once I went to a bathhouse with abu ‘Abd Allah . He (the Imam) said, ‘O ‘Abd al- Rahman, you should apply lime.’ I said, ‘I had applied sometimes ago.’ He (the Imam) said, ’Apply it again; it is cleansing.’”
