5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sulayman who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far عليه السلام, about ivory. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful and I have one ivory comb.’”
