20. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Ya’qub ibn from Ziyad ibn Marwan al-Qandiy from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Eating seven dates of al-‘Ajwah at bed time kill the worms in one’s belly.”’
