10. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ‘Umayyah ibn ‘Amr from al-Shu’ayriy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said,

‘You must extinguish the flame of malice with meat and Tharid (bread in broth).’”
