مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ أَخِي أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ الْمُغِيرَةِ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْقَدِيدِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَمَسَّهُ النَّارُ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ .
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hassan ibn Ali from ‘Abd al-Samad ibn Bashir from ‘ Atiyyah brother of al-Mighra’ who has said the following:
“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah , that companions of al-Mughirah prohibit eating of meat which is dried up in the sun and fire has not touched it. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful to eat it.’”
