عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بُنْدَارَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُسَاوِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
السَّوِيقُ يَجْرُدُ الْمِرَّةَ وَ الْبَلْغَمَ مِنَ الْمَعِدَةِ جَرْداً وَ يَدْفَعُ سَبْعِينَ نَوْعاً مِنْ أَنْوَاعِ الْبَلَاءِ .
11. Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Bandar has narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Musa ibn al-Qasim from Yahya ibn Musawir who has said the following:
“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, sawiq removes bitterness (bile) and phlegm from the stomach and dispels seventy kinds of illness.’”
