مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِي هَمَّامٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجَعْفَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ نِعْمَ الْقُوتُ السَّوِيقُ إِنْ كُنْتَ جَائِعاً أَمْسَكَ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ شَبْعَاناً [شَبْعَانَ] هَضَمَ طَعَامَكَ .
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from abu Hammam from Sulayman al-Ja‘fariy who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ , has said,
sawiq is a very good food. If you are hungry, it holds you. If you are full it digests your food.”’
