1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa, from Furat ibn Ahnaf who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah , saying,
’On the face of earth there is no herb more beneficial and graceful than al-Farfakh (purslane) and it is the herb of Fatimah, ‘Alayha al-Salam .’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘May Allah condemn banu ’Umayyah who named it foolish herb due to their animosity toward Fatimah, Alayhi al-Salam.’”
