أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الذَّبِيحَةِ فَقَالَ إِذَا تَحَرَّكَ الذَّنَبُ أَوِ الطَّرْفُ أَوِ الْأُذُنُ فَهُوَ ذَكِيٌّ .
5. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Muskan from Muhammad al- Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about slaughtering. He (the Imam) said, ‘If the animal moves its tail or turns its eyes or moves its ears, it then is clean and properly slaughtered.’”
