عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ وَ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) مَا أَخَذَتِ الْحِبَالَةُ مِنْ صَيْدٍ فَقَطَعَتْ مِنْهُ يَداً أَوْ رِجْلًا فَذَرُوهُ فَإِنَّهُ مَيِّتٌ وَ كُلُوا مَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ حَيّاً وَ ذَكَرْتُمُ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَيْهِ .
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr and ibn abu Najran from ‘Asem ibn Hamid from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following:
“Abu Ja‘far , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’If a prey is caught by a snare, whatever is cut off like a leg or so, must be thrown away; it is dead. You can use the rest that you find alive and the name of Allah was mentioned on it.’”
