عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام )
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمَجُوسِيِّ لِلْحِيتَانِ حِينَ يَضْرِبُونَ عَلَيْهَا بِالشِّبَاكِ وَ يُسَمُّونَ بِالشِّرْكِ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِصَيْدِهِمْ إِنَّمَا صَيْدُ الْحِيتَانِ أَخْذُهُقَالَ وَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْحَظِيرَةِ مِنَ الْقَصَبِ تُجْعَلُ فِي الْمَاءِ لِلْحِيتَانِ تَدْخُلُ فِيهَا الْحِيتَانُ فَيَمُوتُ بَعْضُهَا فِيهَا فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِنَّ تِلْكَ الْحَظِيرَةَ إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتْ لِيُصَادَ بِهَا .
9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following:
“Once abu ‘Abd Allah , was asked about the fishing by Zoroastrian by means of fishing nets and with a mention of the pagan consecration expressions. He (the Imam) said, ‘Their fishing is not unlawful; fishing is catching them (alive).’ I then asked about a barricade of reeds with water in it for fish. Fish enters it and certain ones of them die in it. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful; the barricade is set for fishing.’”
