1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from all from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following:
“I once asked him (the Imam) , about the divorce of a boy who is not mature yet, and his charity. He (the Imam) said, ‘If he divorces according to Sunnah and places charity in the proper place where it rightly belongs, it is not unlawful and it is permissible.’”
