مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام )
فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ تَرَكَ امْرَأَةً وَ مَعَهَا مِنْهُ وَلَدٌ فَأَلْقَتْهُ عَلَى خَادِمٍ لَهَا فَأَرْضَعَتْهُ ثُمَّ جَاءَتْ تَطْلُبُ رَضَاعَ الْغُلَامِ مِنَ الْوَصِيِّ فَقَالَ لَهَا أَجْرُ مِثْلِهَا وَ لَيْسَ لِلْوَصِيِّ أَنْ يُخْرِجَهُ مِنْ حَجْرِهَا حَتَّى يُدْرِكَ وَ يَدْفَعَ إِلَيْهِ مَالَهُ .
7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Sinan who has said the following:
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah , about the case of a man who dies and leaves behind a woman with a child from the deceased and she gives the child to her servant for breastfeeding. She then asks the executor of the will to pay for the breastfeeding wages. He (the Imam) said, ‘She deserves an equivalent wages and the executor of the will cannot take the child away from her until he grows up. He then delivers his assets to him.
