4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following:

“I once heard abu Ja‘far , saying, about the case of a man who marries in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) ‘They inherit each other if they do not set a condition because condition is effective after marriage.’”
