4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ حَلَبَتْ مِنْ لَبَنِهَا فَأَسْقَتْ زَوْجَهَا لِتَحْرُمَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَأَوْجَعَ ظَهْرَهَا.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and a number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad all from ibn abu Najran from ‘Asem ibn Hamid from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following:
“I once asked him (the Imam) , about the case of a woman who drained her milk and made her husband to drink it so that she could become unlawful to him. He (the Imam) said, ‘He keeps her and makes her feel a backache.’” (Such expression is used for a flogging implemented by a judicial body.)
